- After your pet’s visit, you will be required to pay the full invoice.
- Request our team to submit a claim.
- We will notify you via SMS once the claim has been sent.
- The insurance company will then deposit the amount they cover back into your chosen bank account.
For pets insured with GapOnly insurance partners, we can even submit the claim on the day of the visit, and you only need to pay the gap!
