All fees must be paid on the day at the completion of the consultation or at discharge from hospital or surgery.
If you require financial assistance, we do offer the use of Zip-pay and VetPay. Please speak to the team if you need help setting up an account with either of these companies, prior to your appointment.
For pets with insurance, we offer GAPONLY. Please allow an additional 5-10 minutes at the end of your appointment for your claim to be processed.
