First time using this vet as we're new to the area. We were extremely happy with the visit and overall process. The team at Vets in Endeavour Hills are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely caring. I really appreciate the convenience of being able to book appointments online and every staff member I have interacted with has shown such kindness and compassion toward both pets and owners. Dr. Yu Wern Yap, is absolutely amazing very friendly, patient and wonderful with my dog who can get quite anxious and overwhelmed due to his challenging behaviours. I am so grateful that the team took the time to listen to my concerns over the phone and arranged an emergency revisit appointment so promptly. We’ve had a consistently wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the level of care they provide is exceptional. Our little dog Louie absolutely loves visiting—thanks to the gentle and compassionate approach of the vets and nurses. Louie has undergone several surgeries, and each time, the team has looked after him with genuine care and professionalism, both during and after the procedures.
